In 2013, Thomas founded TMW Enterprises after previously founding a FAA Certified Avionics Repair Station in 1985, that specialized in aviation radar repairs, which he sold in 2012.
Thomas is a Veteran of the US Marine Corps.
With over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, Ryan specializes in various LCD repair processes.
In 2014, Ryan co-founded IFX, Inc., an LCD Repair Consulting firm that developed several cockpit display repair processes.
Ryan received his B.Sc. in Business Administration-Accounting from California State University, Bakersfield and his MBA from the Martin V. Smith School of Business and Economics from California State University, Channel Islands
With 30 years of experience, Philip is a pioneer in the LCD Repair industry. Philip specializes in designing and manufacturing specialized LCD repair equipment, with several LCD repair stations using equipment designed and built by him.
In 2010, Philip co-founded FPS, Inc., an LCD Repair Services and Equipment provider. Prior to FPS, Philip was a principal member of several LCD repair companies: Incline, Displaytronix, and Celestica.
Philip received his B.Sc. in Engineering from California State University, Chico
